Summary


We now have a vacancy for a full time, Band 4 Health Records Supervisor based at The Royal Oldham Hospital which is part of the Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust.

You will be responsible for supervising the Health Records Service and supporting the team under the direction of the Northern Care Alliance (NCA)Patient Access & Administration Service (PAAS) (Health Records).

You will provide a comprehensive staff management service including rostering, workload planning, holiday and sickness management, personal development planning and staff induction and will ensure all reception areas provide a high-quality service focused on customer service for each patient and the Trust’s clinical teams.
