Summary
SETTING ADDRESS: Ridgefield Primary School
Smartkidz play and learn are looking for an enthusiastic and creative member of staff who enjoys working with children between the ages of 4 and 11 years old to support the management in driving forward our out of school club in Ridgefield.
Job summary: Day to day management of the club. Provide quality play care within the framework of the club’s policies and procedures
Line manager: Smartkidz Play and Learn manager.
Responsible for: Play workers/ volunteers Working relationships: Children attending the club and their parents or carers. Management or proprietor and staff, students, and volunteers. Childcare and play organisations, schools, registering authorities
2 year experience of working in a supervisory role with good all round leadership skills is desirable.
We would like candidates to have qualifications in Paediatric first aid, Designated child protection and food safety level 2, however training will be provided for these.
The job will consist of 15 hours per week term time.
The successful applicant will be subject to an enhanced DBS check and references.
