Summary


This role is a fixed-term role - 15 months. There is potential for an additional 12-month role to be offered but this is to be confirmed.

UHBW are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our busy Medical Illustration team!

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work within the Medical Illustration team at the University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust (UHBW). Medical Illustration provides a comprehensive clinical and non-clinical photography, video, and illustration and graphics service across University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust.

The post holder will support the Medical Illustration team in taking clinical and non-clinical photographs across UHBW and Somerset. This post involves communicating effectively with medical illustration staff, patients and healthcare professionals to help the team provide the best service possible.

You should be a well-organised person who can work well under pressure with the ability to prioritise your own workload within a team.

As a developing Medical Illustration service, the post holder will be expected to be flexible, proactive and embrace change positively as and when the service develops.

In addition to working across Bristol and Weston, this role will involve travelling and working in Somerset (including Taunton and Yeovil).
