Summary
Candidate will be responsible for meeting and
greeting customers; supervising table preparation, seat
allocation and serving on tables; maintaining customer
rapport; preparing menus; controlling costs; supervising
floor and kitchen staff; ensuring safe, secure, and
clean environment by ensuring appropriate sanitization;
dealing with official correspondences and dealing
with legal compliance including licensing with local
authorities and food standard agencies. In addition,
Candidate will recruit staff and provide them necessary
training; preparing staff schedule and deal with staff
disciplinaries. Candidate also will determine food price;
deal with stock management in accordance with Chef
requisitions. He/She will ensure internal decoration along
with lighting and music; dealing with food deliveries
and deal with feedbacks and complaints and reporting
regularly to the directors about any improvements or
changes within. Salary and working hours: 26,364 for
working 39 hours per week
