Summary
Private employer looking to recruit a part-time personal assistant to provide holiday cover to support and assist a woman living in Kinross.
Primarily 9 hour shifts between 9am – 6pm, or shorter shifts may be considered. The key tasks will involve supporting with personal care, assisting with meal preparation, supporting the client on outings and activities, which can include driving to places and assistance with controlling her wheelchair.
Experience in the care sector is required. Applicants must have a friendly, caring and understanding attitude. Applicants must be able to work independently, but also in a team if necessary.
Clean Driving licence required.
Personal Assistant hourly rate: £12.89 / Self Employed Carers hourly rate: £16.78
Must be part of the PVG (Protecting Vulnerable Groups) Scheme or willing to become part of the scheme.
