Summary

Landmarc Support Services are excited to offer a unique job opportunity for a Team Administrator to join the team at Westdown Camp in Salisbury.

In this role, you'll be a crucial member of our dedicated team, responsible for supporting our facilities management business and customers with exceptional service. Main Responsibilities
  • To provide a comprehensive service to all regional personnel in regards to Fuels, Lubricants and Industrial gases (FLIG)
  • Ensuring audit documentation is completed, maintained, controlled and available for viewing by the customer/external auditors as required
  • Monitoring stock levels and reordering as required
  • Data capture and analysis
  • Produce and coordinate reports
  • To use a variety of office equipment and technology as required
  • Maintaining an accurate record of internal and external audit progress using the Company’s internal audit IT system
  • Conducting stock takes on stores and updating systems as required
  • Scanning and filing
  • Ensure records kept up to date
  • Answer incoming calls
  • Provide support at meetings including organising and minute taking
  • Support the Regional Management as required
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure effective contract delivery
The Ideal Candidate
  • Office and administration skills
  • Computer literate with a good understanding of Microsoft packages such as Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to use bespoke and off the shelf software packages
  • Excellent knowledge of Health and Safety
  • Experience of communicating with stakeholders
  • Demonstrate proven track record of achieving objectives to set standards
  • Ability to follow processes within time constraints
  • Ability to drive continuous improvement
  • Must hold Valid UK Driving License (essential)
