Main duties include:
- Manage and oversee all financial aspects of client accounts, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.
- Lead a team of accountants, providing guidance, training, and mentorship to ensure the team's success.
- Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements for clients to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Conduct tax planning, ensure compliance with tax regulations, and assist clients in optimizing their tax strategies.
- Perform financial analysis and provide insights to clients on improving profitability, cost reduction, and financial performance.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by actively communicating financial insights, addressing concerns, and offering guidance.
- Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring the financial stability of client businesses.
- Collaborate with clients to develop financial strategies that align with their business goals and objectives.
Skills and Education:
- Professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, or CMA is preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in financial management, accounting, or related roles.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and tax laws.
