Summary
HGV Class 1 Tramper Driver, flat bed
Location: Manchester, M28
Salary: £15.00 per hour, £25 per Night Out
Hours: Monday to Friday, 6am/7am start times, 50 - 60 hours with Nights Out
Workchain is currently recruiting for a HGV Class 1 Tramper Driver for work on an ongoing basis to join our client’s team in Manchester.
Key Responsibilities:
- General haulage, curtainsiders, minimal handball- Transport and deliver goods to various destinations- Operate a HGV Class 1 vehicle safely and efficiently- Complete all relevant paperwork and documentation- Adhere to all legal and safety regulations- Perform daily vehicle checks and report any issues or defects
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience- Valid HGV Class 1 licence- Valid Driver CPC card- Excellent driving skills and knowledge of road safety regulations- Strapping and flat bed experience required- Good communication and organisational skills
