Summary
CUSTOMER SUPPORT AGENTS REQUIRED
- Location: Huddersfield
- Free Parking, and accessible by public transport
- Basis: Full-Time / Permanent Contract - working 5 out of 7 days (will include bank holidays & weekends)
- 30 days holiday per year
- Salary = £24960 + Bonuses
- Welcoming / Friendly Team
- Regular training and update sessions
The Primary function of the role:
Being the first point of contact for customers to assist with their enquiries, resolve issues, and ensure all customers have a positive experience to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements:
- Attention to detail and good levels of organisation
- Developed verbal and written communication skills -able to speak to a wide range of customers
- Listening Skills
- Proactive approach to problem solving and addressing customer needs.
- The ability to Multitask
- Positive attitude to drive sales and work well as a team.
