Summary
As an Mercedes Benz Site Controller you will make sure our customers have their vehicles in the right place, at the right time and in the right condition. Your role will see you being the final check point to ensure that vehicles are able to leave site and are ready to be delivered to customers. You will be looking for any missed damage, incomplete repairs, safety concerns and checking the cleanliness of vehicles after they have been through the valet process.

Hours of work: Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm
Position pays: £24,024 per annum (£11.55 an hour)
The Role
Sinclair Motor Group are seeking a customer service focused Site Display & Driver person to join our Mercedes Benz dealership in Cardiff and play a vital role in our day-to-day operations by driving and relocating vehicles within the Sales department. Reporting to the General Sales Manager, this customer facing role will provide assistance to our sales department and provides you with a varied role where no two days are the same.
Responsibilities:
As a Mercedes Benz Site Controller you will have the skills to manage a busy and constantly moving site. You will be responsible for the display of our Mercedes Benz Approved Used Cars and also co-ordinate the stock movements through the preparation stages; ensuring cars are checked, inspected and fully completed prior to display or delivery to our customers. Additional responsibilities will also include our showroom display, together with the occasional vehicle delivery.
Required Skills & Experience:
You will have a clean UK driving licence and will be able to demonstrate the following skills:
Provide outstanding levels of customer service
Ability to multi-task - strong relationship skills and keen attention to detail
Can take guidance as well as have the initiative to work on your own
Knowledge of site used car processes
Ability to manage processes as directed
