Summary
CMA Recruitment Group is working exclusively with the UK’s leading design and manufacture of specialist products to appoint an Accounts Assistant into the small team. This varied opportunity would suit an enthusiastic individual, who is keen to learn and who has a keen eye for detail.
What will the Accounts Assistant role involve?
• Match and process purchase ledger processing, reconciling statements and resolving customer queries;
• Ensuring all correct documentation is present to enable goods to be exported;
• Booking in stock and processing stock supplier invoices;
• Creating documentation for the importing of goods;
• Maintaining the team email inbox, answering internal and external queries via email and phone;
• Monthly reporting for management accounts.
Suitable Candidate for the Accounts Assistant vacancy:
• Good eye for detail;
• Previous transactional finance experience;
• AAT studier would be preferred but not essential.

• Office based role – 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday;
