Summary


We have an exciting opportunity for the right person to join our Phlebotomy team as a Supervisor

Are you dynamic, assertive, able to work under pressure, and looking to expand your knowledge and skills, be flexible and reliable an effective communicator with excellent inter-personal and Clinical skills with the ability to support, motivate and encourage our team of Phlebotomists over the clinics and the off site Phlebotomy Drive Through service ? If so this could be the role for you.



You would undertake as a Supervisor:

The shift lead role by being responsible for day-to-day supervision of staff, acting as a source of advice, ensuring all the areas are adequately staffed and liaising and cascading problems to the management team and working in conjunction with the Senior Phlebotomist.

Duties to Include:

Roster Writing

Completing Appraisals

Completing appropriate documentations for the sickness process

Participate in Audits and collection of Data as required

Computer literate

Have a good knowledge of the Phlebotomy services we offer both on and off site

Be able to travel independently

Work clinically

As well as providing kind, safe and excellent clinical care and leading by example.
