Summary
Sous Chef required for one of our award-winning Hotels, near to St Austell.
Live in accommodation available.
Our client, an award-winning hotel, is looking to recruit a Sous Chef for 1 month, this may extend. The establishment is in a busy and popular town, promoting excellent sea views and seasonal mouthwatering dishes.
This role is for 1 month, however it may get extended.
As a Sous Chef you will be required to run the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence.
• You will be able to cope with working in a high-pressure environment.
• You will have excellent knowledge of seasonal foods and dishes.
• You will have exceptional communication skills.
• you will have experience of training lower-level chefs and developing them further.
• You will be a team player and work effectively as part of a team.
• You will have a genuine love of food, a good imagination and flair for menu creation.
Pay:
• £18.50ph
Weekly pay, every Friday, plus you will accrue holiday pay.
