Our client a busy public service hospital in Bodmin is seeking an experience, organised chef to join their team on a 6month fixed term maternity cover contract .
Responsible for:
• All aspects food preparation and cooking
• Caterer for a variety of dietary requirements
• Meals plans for their staff and patients
• Stock rotation
• Daily cleaning and tidying
• Utilise local produce and suppliers
Applicants must have experience of working in a professional kitchen environment with a Level 2 Diploma in Professional Cookery.
Ideally you will have an update to date DBS check but enhanced DBS will be required prior to commencement.
We will also require an up-to-date food hygiene safety certificate.
The role is paying £13.46 per hour.
