Summary
We are seeking an experienced Practice Nurse who will fulfil core responsibilities of the role which will include:Long Term Condition management, Cytology,Child Immunisations Vaccinations, Contraception, Swabs, specimens, bloods, blood pressures, Keeping accurate and detailed health records on the Emis system. A key role in QOF/PEP achievement, Involvement in the MDT of the Surgery. This role may support the wider team with: Clinical audits, Safeguarding concerns, Support and participate in shared learning over the Practice Support for GPs in patient care , ability to review clinical practices and respond to national policies and initiatives where necessary. Participate in local initiatives in order to enhance local patient care where necessary.
