Summary
We are looking for an experienced Legal Secretary for a permanent role based in Durham City. This is a full time role with consideration given to part time. You will ideally have experience as a Legal Secretary or Administration Assistant in a Law firm. Audio typing skills are required in addition to general office administration duties. You will be greeting clients on the telephone and in person, corresponding via email, letter and telephone with other law firms and clients, making appointments and maintaining diaries, preparing documents and opening and closing files, preparing forms and Invoices. Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook are required together with knowledge of the HMCTS Portal to create electronic Bundles for cases and ensure documents are correctly filed electronically.
