Alcedo Care Blackpool are looking for caring, compassionate individuals to support adults living at home with a range of needs across the Blackpool & Fylde area. This will range from providing compassionate care right through to personal care and more complex needs. We don't just offer care work; we offer you a career with options of completing an NVQ and options to progress within in the company. Rated Top 20 Homecare Provider for the last 4 years.

For this role, you must be able to travel to client’s homes around the Blackpool & Fylde area. If you hold a UK drivers’ licence and have your own car, this is beneficial. However, if you do not and wish to work through the night at one of our 24/7 care packages you will need to get to the place of care.

We are currently holding weekly interviews and aim to get you out working as quick as we can. Start as a carer and we will upskill you to work on our clinical care packages; or our children support packages; or our adult support packages; or even our supported living sites. This is the start to your career in care or expanding your care experience.

No previous experience needed as full training provided. we just need willing to undertake a Fully Enhanced DBS Check and willing to work some weekends. Whether you have care experiences in the NHS as a care assistant or nursing; previously worked in a care home or nursing home; been a care assistant in the community; private carer for a family member; or no care experience at all we offer full training and support to become a care assistant.
