Skills and qualities required –
Whether you have care experiences in the NHS as a care assistant or nursing; previously worked in a care home or nursing home; been a care assistant in the community; private carer for a family member; or no care experience at all we offer full training and mentoring to develop you into care assistant. Must be 18 or over; have the right to work in the UK; and drivers’ licence for this role to connect with our clients in the community.
We are committed to delivering care 24/7 and have work within the hours of 7am – 10pm with some weekend work for full time roles.
Alcedo Care Blackpool are looking for caring, considerate people to inspire and support our clients living at home with a range of needs across the Blackpool area. This will range from providing compassionate care right through to personal care and more complex needs. We will develop you to have the caring skills needed.
