Summary

Pay Rates starting from £13.00 per hour PLUS Pension PLUS Holiday Pay

Due to the nature of the business, a full UK driving licence and a vehicle are required to cover Blackburn & Darwen and the surrounding areas.

The Role:-

This position is centred around community care, offering assistance and nurturing to individuals within their homes, nurturing their capacity to reside confidently and independently. Duties include personal assistance, aiding with medications, and meal preparation.

The Role:-


You'll collaborate with a proficient team of support workers, empowering young individuals and adults in the community to lead as independent and fulfilling lives as possible.
Our clientele includes individuals with diverse needs such as learning disabilities, mental health issues, autism, acquired brain injuries, and sensory impairments. Some may face communication challenges or exhibit behaviours deemed challenging. Comprehensive, tailored training ensures you possess the precise skills to support each client effectively.

Your responsibilities may entail:
