Duties:

Entry level role, providing first line technical support, for a suite of products to a global network of partners via phone, email, online forum and face to face.

Hosting training sessions both virtually and in-person.

Processing orders for hardware, software and other items.

Assisting the development team in software testing and quality control.

Assisting other departments where required e.g. graphic or web design.

Experience:

Must have proven customer service experience and an interest in technology.

Must have a strong level of computer literacy with an understanding of PCs and PC Software.

Experience of managing EPOS systems is an advantage.

Experience of system administration or UI testing is beneficial.

Own transport recommended due to location (cycle to work scheme and e-bikes available).

Salary: £20,000 - £30,000 per annum, dependent upon experience.
