What does this Care Assistant job involve?
Hours of Work: Up to Full Time Hours Per Week - Shifts: 7am - 10pm - FLEXIBLE Provider
Providing Person-Centred Care to clients, in line with their individual Care Plans.
Undertake essential domestic duties.
Managing Incontinence.
Accompanying clients to appointments.
Food & Drinks preparation & Nutritional Support.
Supporting Clients with their medicines.
Accurate Reporting and Recording.
Assisting with Moving and Handling.
Other ad-hoc duties
Am I the right person for this Care Assistant job?
Excellent communication skills.
Caring nature and passionate about delivering quality care.
Polite, well-tempered, professional and attentive.
Be prepared, responsive and willing to meet each new challenges head-on.
Care experience is not essential as it is more important that you have a “can do” attitude and kindness.
Access to own vehicle is Highly Recommended due to the nature of the role.
