- Configure and maintain store technology systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Streamline processes and improve efficiency through automation and optimization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive operational excellence and superior customer experience.
- Support the Senior BSA in identifying and implementing innovative store tech solutions.
- Write technical specifications and provide third-line support, including root cause analysis during outages.
- Partner with Platform Squads to ensure robust monitoring and resilience of Store Technology systems.
The Ideal Candidate
- Experience in store technology systems configuration and support.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent collaboration and communication abilities.
- Willingness to provide support outside of core business hours for high-priority issues.
