Job Introduction

Role Responsibility

  • Configure and maintain store technology systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Streamline processes and improve efficiency through automation and optimization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive operational excellence and superior customer experience.
  • Support the Senior BSA in identifying and implementing innovative store tech solutions.
  • Write technical specifications and provide third-line support, including root cause analysis during outages.
  • Partner with Platform Squads to ensure robust monitoring and resilience of Store Technology systems.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Experience in store technology systems configuration and support.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication abilities.
  • Willingness to provide support outside of core business hours for high-priority issues.
