Requirements:
Preferred but not essential, a reasonable knowledge of laminate, hardwood and vinyl flooring;
Good customer service skills;
A strong sales background;
Outgoing and approachable ;
Flexible, confident, presentable, good interpersonal skills;
Practical and self-sufficient;
Hands on attitude;
General Role Duties:
Manage day to day store operations;
Driving sales to new heights;
Customer sales and handling transactions;
Maintaining correct stock levels;
Overseeing inbound/outbound deliveries;
Regular reporting to senior management;
Explore and capitalise on new sales opportunities;
Minimum 5 days over 7
