Summary

Location: Bath (based within 45 miles of Bath) - home based with travel to sites across South West region Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding HSE role with plenty of scope for further learning and development across our large and diverse business network? If so, you could be a great fit for our Health, Safety & Environment Business Partner role covering the Southwest of England.
You will be responsible for supporting vehicle repair workshops and administration facilities and will work closely with management teams in helping create a positive safety culture where colleagues understand the importance of health and safety and exhibit positive safety behaviours.
You will work as part of a larger team of HSE business partners throughout the UK, working seamlessly with our friendly, supportive senior stakeholders by providing your professional services, advice, and excellence in all health safety & environment (HSE) matters. What will you do?• First and foremost you’ll be a champion for HSE awareness and culture across your sites and business units.• You’ll maintain an ongoing awareness of legislation, supporting and advising colleagues• Provide support and advice as required on all HSE related issues• Analyse incident data to identify causes, trends, and safe controls where appropriate• Carry out site visits, inspections, and audits to monitor compliance and support continuous improvements• Ability to prepare detailed and professional reports in a timely manner• Support in the implementation of audit findings and monitors compliance• Carry out HSE training as and when required• Conduct and complete accident investigations and produce reports which identify causes and actions to prevent reoccurrence• Complete agreed annual objectives that support continuous improvement in our approach to keeping our team safe• Support in the completion and review of Health, Safety & Environment documents, and procedures. • Liaise and support HSE committee meetings with internal stakeholders
