Summary
To support Business Partners in the provision of a professional, responsive and consistent HR service to clinical care groups and corporate directorates.
This service will focus on employee relations matters, terms and conditions of service, organisational change and other workforce initiatives . To work within Trust policies/procedures and employment law autonomously, taking advice from senior colleagues as required.
Locations: Royal Bournemouth and Poole Hospital

You will develop and maintain regular contact with line managers to build strong and influential working relationships, sufficient to support and advise on all aspects of Human Resources (HR) policies and procedures.
This role will be key to supporting, coaching and training managers to undertake effective people management activities. These may involve sickness absence management, performance, disciplinary, grievance and harassment/bullying issues.
The post holder will have opportunity to be involved in many other people office related aspects such as supporting Equality, Diversity and Inclusion objectives, job matching as well as supporting employee wellbeing objectives .
There will also be the opportunity to be involved in the transformation work such as attending consultation meeting and advising on procedure.

• You will need to have strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with employees and managers at all levels.
• CIPD level 5 or demonstrable experience or relevant HR related degree
• Experience in dealing with employee relations case work
• Associate Member of CIPD
• Proven evidence of Continual Professional Development.
• Ability to use own initiative and work as a team
