Summary
We’re looking for ambitious, enthusiastic, passionate and reliable 3.5-ton multi-drop delivery driver/van sales person to be the face of our growing company. The position is part time for the right candidate.
The role involves delivering and replenishing our frozen food products to our clients on a set route, there is basic paperwork filling, stock rotation and daily vehicle checks. There is manual lifting involved with this position.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills who can forge good working relationships with our clients. You will have excellent timekeeping and the ability to solve problem in a fast paced environment. Experience in customer service, sales and multi drop driving are an advantage although full training is provided. Must be confident in handing cash.

Key Role Responsibilities:
Complete all deliveries/allocated work and returns.
Ensure vehicle is driven in safe and legal manner abiding by relevant road traffic laws.
Report all vehicle defects immediately to the relevant manager/supervisor on site.
Ensure all food safety policies and procedures are adhered to.

Requirements:
Be able to communicate at a good standard of English, both written and verbal
Handle Cash confidently
Category B licence (able to drive 3.5t manual van)
Delivery driver experience: 1 year (preferred)
Driving Licence (required)
Have a passion for the food industry
Has ambition to be a key part of a fast-growing team and business
Needs to be well organised and have a keen eye for detail
Required to be proactive and flexible in their day to day approach
A strategic thinker with initiative
Possesses excellent time-management skills
A desire to be part of a fun, hardworking and growing team
Needs be able to work early morning if required
Able to be flexible with working hours
Able to assist/complete other departmental tasks when not driving
