Here at Indepth Managed Services we have an exciting new opportunity arise for a site manager Role at one of our many sites across the UK.

We have a fantastic new opportunity to join one of our Teams Based at DRAPERS GARDENS THROGMORTON AVENUE LONDON EC2N 2DL

Contracted hours are 40 per week, Monday - Friday Flexible Days & Evenings

Rate of pay is £15.50 per hour.

What we are Looking for

Experienced in Site management in a cleaning environment, you will have a clear understanding of Cleaning Processes, BICS or Similar and have an aptitude to lead & Supervise by your own example. IT Literate and Good People skills.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage, motivate, support and train the Site Supervisors and Operatives to maintain a quality cleaning service to client agreed S.L.A’s/K.P.I’s within a specific building/complex.

· Responsible for supply of materials, equipment and ensuring Site Supervisors and Operatives comply with all legislation. You are responsible for the site records, and the completion of Audits and training records.

· To check and monitor the Operatives’ performance and activity by carrying out Quality Audits (Mobile App), train Operatives’ to BICS standards and complete training records (mobile App). Ensure Cleaning specifications are met (S.L.A’s/K.P.I’s) and all company guidelines and procedures are being adhered. Report and action any complaints/non-conformance.

· To liaise on a daily basis with your UK Hub Contract coordinator to ensure any operative/client issues are dealt with and closed out.

· To delegate work shifts and schedules

· To check correct Personal Protective Equipment is worn and relevant safety procedures carried out.

· To recruit Operatives working in conjunction with the UK Hub.

· Interview staff and follow correct start up procedure

· Discuss any disciplinary issues with Area Manager prior to any actions being taken.

· Liaise with Client on a regular basis
