Summary
Our business is a family run independent quality ladies boutique established in 2010 within the market town of Thirsk. We have a loyal local customer base along with new and repeat visitors.
The ideal candidate for this position has a customer service-oriented attitude and a strong desire to provide excellent customer service to all our customers.
Previous sales experience within fashion retail is essential and we are looking for someone who wants to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and be part of a small team.
A passion for fashion is essential.
Hours to be agreed, this is a 3/4 full days position. Flexibility with working hours is a must as the role will include holiday cover for other staff members throughout the year as well as regular weekly hours.
Skills and responsibilities:
Be customer service oriented.
Use good judgment and decision-making skills.
Organise products according to customer needs.
Involve customers in the decision making process with product and service options.
Be able to communicate with customers.
Social Media skills
Basic computer skills
