Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving B2B sales growth within your assigned region. This is a key leadership role that requires strong sales skills and a proven track record in sales. If you are a results-oriented professional with excellent communication and negotiation skills, we want to hear from you.
Duties:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand market share,
- Identify new business opportunities,
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners,
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to other members of management,
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Regional Sales Manager or similar role,
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth,
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyze market data and identify trends,
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills,
We offer competitive compensation packages including base salary plus commission and opportunities for career advancement. Initially, salary will be Pro-Rataed at the above hours with the possibility of moving onto full-time employment.
