As a Project Manager, your responsibilities will include…
• Minimising project risk and maximising delivery to ensure project is on time and in budget
• Managing performance of site-based project personnel, including other team members
• Working closely with the Quality manager to ensure high H&S standards are being met
• Managing the client relationship through regular communications
• Working with the QS to produce & analyse progress/operational reports & forecasts
• Implementing a risk management process, review the register and checking controls
We are looking for a Project Manager with…
• UK Driving Licence
• Knowledge & experience of producing programmes on specific software i.e. MS Projects
• Full understanding of Quality, H&S & Environmental management policies/procedures
• Knowledge of the CDM regulations
• The ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
• A thorough understanding of industry-related laws and regulations
In return, the successful Project Manager will receive a salary between £55,000-£65,000, plus the following benefits…
