Summary
The role covers all aspects of hotel reception, including check-in and out, answering calls, dealing with guest inquiries and reservations.
Our ideal candidate will be bright and friendly have good communication and customer service. We are looking for someone who is comfortable interacting with guests and has a friendly personality and excellent customer care skills.
Duties will include:
Manage all telephone and email enquiries promptly and courteously.
Greet all guests entering the Hotel.
Handle customer questions and complaints in an expedient manner. Distribute accommodation keys and general information to guests when they arrive.
Proactive approach to daily running and appearance of the Hotel.
Your focus and priority is to attentively provide a fantastic experience for our guests at all times by building rapport and creating a welcoming environment.
You are the main point of contact for our guests, so you have the power to shape their first and last impressions, from your initial warm greeting and assisting with check-in through to ensuring they leave happy and content at the point of check-out.
We are looking for a Receptionist who is warm and friendly, has a can-do attitude and puts our guests at the heart of everything we do. Experience as a Receptionist is desirable however, it is more important that we find the right person. If you have a winning smile, we can train you to accomplish anything.
