Summary
Facilitate
training sessions covering project management principles such as planning,
scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
Provide
one-on-one mentorship and guidance to apprentices, assisting them in applying
project management concepts to real-world scenarios.
Develop
and update curriculum in collaboration with subject matter experts to ensure
alignment with industry standards.
Coordinate
work placements with employers to offer practical experience opportunities for
apprentices.
Assess
apprentice progress, provide feedback, and maintain accurate records of their
development.
Ensure
compliance with apprenticeship standards, regulations, and accreditation
requirements.
Build
relationships with employers and industry stakeholders to promote the
apprenticeship program and stay informed about industry trends.
Continuously
enhance personal knowledge and skills in project management through
professional development activities.
Training
Qualifications required
A minimum of five GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades A*-C/9-4, including English and Mathematics.
A Level 3 qualification in a relevant subject such as business administration, project management, or a related field.
Skills required
Relevant work experience or exposure to project management principles.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to work well in a team and independently.
Willingness to learn and commitment to professional development.
