Summary
The lucky candidate will get to work alongside the maintenance team to:
Carry out all corrective and preventive maintenance of Estate property, services, systems, fixtures and fittings as stipulated by the Head of Maintenance.
Ensure all work complies to required Health and Safety standards
Communicate any property maintenance issues to the Head of Maintenance
Work alongside external contractors as required
Liaise with the Estate Manager and other teams to ensure all work being undertaken which affects other departments is communicated
Provide a high level of service to tenants when carrying out planned maintenance to residential property
Undertake ad hoc tasks as required

Level 2 Property Maintenance Operative Apprenticeship
Qualifications required
Maths and English grade 4/C or equivalent
Skills required

Progression includes becoming a permanent part of the maintenance team.
Qualification / Standard : ST0171 Property maintenance operative
Duration 24 Months
