Summary

Join us as an Investment Product Manager in Private Banking

  • You’ll be managing the design, development and launch of new investment products, ensuring speed to market to support our business strategy and maximise the customer experience
  • We’ll look to you to make sure the right customer and product data research and application testing is carried out to generate insights to help design and develop our products
  • You'll have the chance to develop yourself, make a real difference to the customer experience and gain great exposure to our investment products

What you'll do

As Investment Product Manager, you’ll be making sure our products meet customer needs, providing key materials for the business to use and adhering to all relevant regulations. You’ll be analysing research insights, executing testing strategies and validating customer training materials, all so we can further develop our products and enhance the customer experience.

Day-to-day, you’ll be:

  • Challenging and identifying improvements to the customer experience and internal processes to deliver fair and consistent outcomes for customers
  • Designing and implementing improvements to our end-to-end operating model, helping to deliver a scalable and robust investment proposition
  • Managing BAU activities such as the resolution of operating issues and complaints, conducting root cause analysis and implementing solutions to avoid future reoccurrence
  • Building strong working relationships with third party suppliers and stakeholders and leveraging their experience, research and capability
  • Attending forums, coordinating the invites, minuting the meetings and monitoring actions through to resolution
  • Prioritising and managing change requests.
  • Managing documentation for investment products to ensure they remain up to date
  • Identifying and troubleshooting product and product related issues

The skills you'll need

We’re looking for someone with a proactive approach, strong organisational skills and an excellent track record of meeting objectives within deadlines and budgets. Along with this, you’ll have a strong strategic and customer focus with a clear understanding of the wider issues impacting the financial services industry.

You’ll also bring:

  • Good stakeholder management and relationship management skills
  • Understanding of investment product and proposition
  • The ability to identify areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback and coaching to team members
  • Working knowledge of MS Office applications, and ideally Avaloq and JIRA
