We are looking for motivated and detail orientated Enquiry Administrator to join the Meetings Simplified Team, based at Hilton Leeds City.
The Meetings Simplified Team is a centralised sales office looking after small corporate meeting enquiries for Hilton hotels across UK & Ireland.
This position will assist the department in managing the inbox on a daily basis, distributing enquiries to the team, tracking response times and ensuring accurate data is entered into systems.

Job Description
· To effectively manage the inbox and all enquires for all properties on a daily basis, distributing to Sales Executives accordingly
· To acknowledge all inquiries received through all channels within the MS standard timeframe
· Maintain and track response times of team members and the Meetings Simplified Desk as a whole, ensuring all inquiries are responded to within the SLA timeframe of receipt of inquiry
· Ensure all enquiries are loaded into Delphi FDC, following Meetings Simplified standards
· Complete quality checks on data entered into Delphi FDC ensuring this is accurate and meets the standards as outlined in Meetings Simplified SLA
· Ensure cross selling between Meetings Simplified properties is tracked by Sales Executives
· To consciously work together with Commercial Leaders to effectively and efficiently manage the team’s daily workload
· Identify and flag any key leads to Commercial Leaders following agreed criteria
· To ensure all administrative tasks are dealt with in an efficient and timely manner
· Support and manage any additional requests from Management or key stakeholders
