HCD Cleaning is an exciting developing and rapidly growing business that cares passionately about employee’s welfare and customer service.
Our SET-Method (‘Spotless Every Time’) is revolutionising the cleaning industry especially in our two biggest markets; short-term holiday let changeovers and commercial cleaning. The SET-Method provides our holiday let customers with a unique top class service ensuring excellent reviews, it also ensures our commercial customers have safe, healthy and sterilised working environments, helping reduce sickness absenteeism.
We currently have 45 ‘Cleaning Technicians’ who are supported by a small but highly experienced management and office team.

Our vision is to be the number one service provider in the East Midlands. We already have significant traction to reach our goal and are providing cleaning services to some of the biggest local businesses as well as managing dozens of holiday lets throughout Derbyshire and North Nottinghamshire.

Who are we looking for
We are looking for keen, conscientious, motivated people with an eye for detail, who would like to become highly respected Cleaning Technicians.
Full training is given and you don’t require any previous cleaning experience.
Because we use our SET-Method, you simply follow our ‘cleaning system’ to ensure perfect results, time-after-time.
You would be working alongside some of the best cleaning operatives in the area. The business is rapidly expanding as we take on new customers daily and we need to add to our team of 35 Cleaning Technicians to keep up pace with this growth.

• Willingness to roll up your sleeves and put in a good day’s work – everyday
The Role
• Driving or driven to locations throughout Chesterfield, Hope Valley, Derbyshire
• Following electronic schedules for cleaning tasks (part of the SET-Method process)
• Making beds to 5* hotel standards
• Vacuuming, damp wiping, dusting, floor mopping and removal of cobwebs
• Sanitising and cleaning washrooms and bathrooms to an exceptional standard
• Inspecting and cleaning kitchens, including inside cupboards, fridges, cookers and microwaves, so they’re all immaculate
• The ‘SET-Method’ stands for ‘Spotless Every Time’ and the elements above ensure we deliver on this promise to our customers
The ‘Cleaning Technician’ Package
• Guaranteed minimum hours
• Flexible working hours (16 to 40 hours per week)
• Starting pay is £11.50 per hour to be reviewed six monthly
• 30 days annual holiday
• Company vehicle
• SET-Method Continual Training Programme (full initial and continual training)
• No previous experience required
• Leading and modern techniques and equipment
