Summary

Who will you be helping to make life better for?

Our client is 21-yr-old male who has an outgoing personality and loves meeting new people. He is chatty, has an interest in buses and cars, enjoys watching children's programmes, building with lego and going swimming. We are looking for two care assistants with experience in supporting clients with seizures, learning disabilities, epilepsy, stoma, and peg, however full training will be given to the right candidate. A driver would be an advantage but is not essential.

Your role will include:

  • Administering medication through peg
  • Monitoring and supervising sats and seizure activity
  • Stoma care
  • Support and assist with night routine and Personal care
  • Maintaining and updating reports such as care plans

We're looking for:

  • Paid previous experience as a care assistant is essential
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A driver's licence is an advantage but not essential
  • Good professional and personal references
