Summary

We currently have a great opportunity with a Housing organisation for a Repairs Planner role on a permanent full time basis. This is an office based role located in East London which would require the successful candidate to work 5 days a week in the office.

Job Title: Repairs Planner

Salary : £32,000-£35,000 per annum

Contract : Permanent role, Full time

Location East London (OFFICE BASED - 5 days a week)

Responsibility of a Repairs Planner

  • Quickly manage incoming repair inquiries by phone and email.
  • Efficiently coordinate staff and subcontractor schedules using internal systems.
  • Address challenging repair issues and demanding clients to ensure satisfaction.
  • Monitor repair requests, task assignments, and progress updates.
  • Build positive relationships with staff, clients, and suppliers through effective communication and task coordination.

Requirements for a Repairs Planner

  • Skilled in Social Housing and Repair/Maintenance, with strong planning abilities, and experienced in a similar role within social housing.
  • Efficient in reducing work backlog through effective task management.
  • Orchard experience preferred.
  • Based in East London, prioritising clear communication for customer satisfaction.
  • Experienced in a similar role within social housing
