Summary
Are you an experienced and skilled Maintenance Plumber seeking a new opportunity to showcase your plumbing expertise? Randstad Construction, Property & Engineering are working with our client, a reputable facilities management company, who are currently seeking a dedicated Maintenance Plumber to join their team.

- Conducting regular inspections and preventive maintenance on plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment.
- Diagnosing plumbing issues and efficiently performing necessary repairs to restore functionality.
- Installing, connecting, and maintaining plumbing systems in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
- Responding promptly to emergency plumbing calls and addressing urgent issues to minimise disruptions.
- Collaborating with facility management teams to plan and execute maintenance schedules.
- Recommending and implementing improvements to plumbing systems for enhanced efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Keeping accurate records of maintenance activities, including detailed service reports and documentation.
About you:

- Proven experience as a Maintenance Plumber, preferably in a commercial or industrial setting.
- Relevant plumbing qualifications and certifications i.e. City & Guilds
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, including maintenance, repair, and installation techniques.
- Proficiency in using plumbing tools and equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Effective communication skills to interact with colleagues and provide clear maintenance reports.
- A valid and full UK driving licence.
