Summary

We’re hiring for Support Workers

If you don’t like the thought of being stuck behind a desk, working on repetitive tasks, then becoming a Support Worker would be a good career choice for you.

You will need a willingness to learn, be flexible, have a can do attitude and a desire to support people and enable them to live the lives they choose.

You will use your skills and life experiences to help make an instant difference to the people we support, building relationships with the individuals and their families. enabling them to overcome fears and challenges, while developing and building their confidence and self-esteem.

You will need a full clean driving licence for this role.

Your responsibilities:

To empower the people we support to live the lives they want to lead

To develop daily living skills.

Support the people we support to access their communities for socialisation, employment, training or friendships

To contribute to, develop and implement the individuals care plans.

To communicate effectively and professionally with people we support, their family members, and external professionals.

Maintain the health needs of the individuals we support.
