CAMHS Clinical Team Lead for the Mid Bedfordshire CAMHS Emotional & Behavioural Pathway - Band 8c

(Child Psychotherapist, Clinical Psychologist, Family Therapist, Nurse, Social Worker)

We are seeking an exceptional and experienced CAMHS clinician to take on the key leadership role of Clinical Team Lead within one of our Emotional and Behavioural Pathways. The role is targeted at senior clinicians from a core CAMHS discipline (Child Psychotherapy, Clinical Psychology, Family Therapy, Nursing or Social Workers) who are able to provide senior clinical leadership and operational management. This is an opportunity for a skilled leader to further develop their experience and expertise within an organisation rated Outstanding by CQC.



You will be someone who can contribute fully to the clinical, professional, strategic and partnership agenda of the Bedfordshire CAMHS service. Working in partnership with the Associate Clinical Director, Psychological Therapies Lead and the CAMHS General Manager, you will provide inspirational leadership to multidisciplinary clinicians to ensure effective, evidence based assessment and treatment, accessible care pathways and a culture of continuous quality improvement.
