Location: Wallington

Contract Type: Locum (ongoing)

Pay Rate: £35 per hour (assignment rate)

Shift Pattern: Full Time– part time will be considered

Duties:

• Seeing patients with a Sutton GP, both in their own home, care homes & in the community as required
• Holistically assess review & support patients referred & accepted to the service in a timely manner in order that contractual obligations are met & those patients’ needs are effectively identified & appropriate interventions put in place

Requirements of the Parkinson's Disease Practitioner:

• Qualified physiotherapist, i.e., Degree or equivalent within Physiotherapy
• Recent UK experience within specialised physiotherapy
• Registered with the HCPC as a physiotherapist to work in the UK
• NHS experience would be advantageous but not essential
• Car driver (preferred)

We welcome applications from physiotherapists and physio assistants (Band 3, Band 4, Band 5, Band 6, Band 7, and above!) within different physio services as we have other roles available within the NHS and private sectors.
