This is an exciting opportunity to join Innserve and to be part of our Leadership Team!

We are now recruiting for an experienced Finance Business Partner to join Innserve and increase the capability and capacity of our Finance team!

You will report to the Head of Financial Planning and we expect applicants from someone who is engaging, energetic and able to influence across all levels both inside the organisation and with external stakeholders!

In addition to this as our Finance Business Partner you will be responsible for:

- Acting as the critical link between finance and other departments.

- Supporting key stakeholders to assist with the effective running of their departments.

- Analysing financial information and develop insights to help departments make informed decisions. Embedding identified risks and opportunities into future forecasts, you'll provide clarity on the financial impact and work with your designated areas to mitigate risk or maximise opportunities.

- Reacting swiftly to key trends/issues, performing ad hoc financial analyses with interpretation of data to provide recommendations to senior management and stakeholders to aid decision making.

- You'll be a key player in weekly trading/period end, collating key performance metrics from stakeholders, ensuring integrity of data and providing reports.

- You'll support our Finance Operations Manager, preparing/reviewing weekly P&L flash/forecast results for use by the Executive directors. You'll lead the identification and sharing of risks/concerns, proposing corrective actions.

- You'll support the period end process, within reporting deadlines, will process journals, investigate variances to forecast/budget and review with Head of Financial Planning and present to Senior Management

- Your expertise will help shape the annual budget presentation.

- You'll own and maintain planning data within budgets and strategic plans.

In order to be successful in this role you must have:

- Part qualified CIMA/ACA/ACCA with more than 1 year of business partnering experience.

- Advanced Excel skills with proficiency in Powerpoint

- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and numeracy skills

- Ability to build constructive relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

- Excellent time management, prioritising and organising skills.

- Good verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to communicate effectively to colleagues at all levels across the business.

- Self-motivated and able to make decisions.

- Problem solving skills with a pro-active can-do attitude.
