Summary
You will support the Systems Manager with the management and maintenance of our SuccessFactors and Concur landscapes, whilst acting as subject matter expert into the Unity Shared Services Programme when required.
To provide expert support and guidance on the management of SuccessFactors and Concur to our users.
Act as second line support, and trouble shoot issues with stakeholders.
Support the continuous improvement and optimisation of the solutions.
Manage support cycles and related patching activities, including testing and impact assessments, and building business cases with business stakeholders for additional features.
