Summary
ARC is the largest racecourse operator in the UK hosting more than 570 fixtures each year. The group is made up of the following sixteen racecourses: Bath, Brighton, Chepstow, Doncaster, Ffos Las, Fontwell Park, Great Yarmouth, Hereford, Lingfield Park, Newcastle, Royal Windsor, Sedgefield, Southwell, Uttoxeter, Wolverhampton and Worcester.
Our Marketing Executive position is an exciting role looking after both Uttoxeter and Southwell Racecourses. Opportunities like our Marketing Executive position don't come along very often – a chance to make a real difference in a fast paced, friendly environment with a business that puts first class customer service and the love of our sport at the heart of everything we do.
Please Note- This role can primarily be based from either Uttoxeter Racecourse or Southwell Racecourse, but regular travel between the venues will be required.
Key Areas of Responsibility, Activities & Tasks Involved for our Marketing Executive
Support the Marketing Managers to execute the company marketing strategy
Take ownership for some of the company social media content
Monitor online customer feedback and actively improve brand perception online
Help to produce engaging blogs and written content
Support in-campaign and post-campaign analysis, preparing reports and supporting the implementation of optimization initiatives to improve live activity.
Creating and implementing web design.
Liaise with a wide range of stake holders from across the business to implement our marketing campaigns to the highest possible standard
Work closely with external agencies when required
Ad hoc marketing duties

Creative and enthusiastic

Excellent communication skills
Results orientated
Proactive self-starter
Works well as part of a team
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Clear, concise writing style and excellent grammar
Experience of creative design tools
Ideally experienced with social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter)
