Summary
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintaining appropriate hygiene standards; Food preparation and coordinating with other staffs; Planning and directing other members of staff as regards to their tasks; Planning and implementing customers’ need in any given circumstances; Foresee the business demand, monitoring supplies and coordinating with third parties as and when necessary ; Handling customers’ complaint at the first place and putting best efforts to resolve it; Ensuring that the food quality is maintained as per the customers’ demand and as per the regulations; Taking responsibilities for staff work schedule and stock management.
In addition to the responsibilities and specific expertises as referred to above, you must have excellent communication skills and a great sense of innovation and leadership quality. You need to be flexible, self-motivated, organised and time sincere. At least 3 years of work experience in the similar role will be an advantage.
