Monday-Friday with 1x Saturday shift and 2x 11am-7pm shifts a month

Are you an customer-service driven individual looking for a fulfilling role? We're looking for organised and personable professionals to join our team as a Patient Coordinator.

As a Patient Coordinator you will provide inbound and outbound telephone and administration support to our service users who have been referred onto our NHS Diabetes Prevention Programme, being supportive and assisting them on their journey with us, ensuring records are kept up to date whilst providing excellent customer service.

Every day you will…

Handle service users queries via the phone as well as managing their bookings.
Contact our service users promoting the programme and offering support.
Build and maintain relationships with all customers and offer a first-class service within every interaction.
Log and handle sensitive data, maintaining accurate service user records.

To thrive in this role, you must ideally have…

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience using CRM systems.
Strong IT skills including Excel and Microsoft Office
Used to working in a fast paced environment with a high attention to detail
