We have an exciting brand new vacancy available!

Full time Recruitment Assistant/ Resourcer.

This is a full time, office-based role located in BH House, Trafford park. This office is just a short walk from Parkway tram station as well as quick access to the M60 with free on-site parking and Lunches.

As our full time Recruitment Assistant your duties will include the following:

• Develop a brand profile on recruitment platforms for each of our hotels/ parks
• Craft compelling job adverts and post them on various platforms to attract top talent
• Monitor daily advert positioning and responses
• Actively source applicants
• Maintain accurate, organised and detailed reports

The successful candidate will be task-driven, organised and able to work independently and as part of a team.

The Number 1 essential attribute is a “can do” attitude.

Previous knowledge of the recruiting/ sales process is desirable.
