Summary
Inn On The Prom in Lytham St. Annes are recruiting for an Apprentice Commis Chef. The successful candidate will work towards their Level 2 Commis Chef qualification which will take approximately 20 months to complete.
Job duties will include:
• Training included in all aspects of commis chefing.
• Food preparation and supporting the Head Chef.
• Preparing breakfasts, lunches and starters initially and moving on to main courses and desserts.
• Maintaining a safe and hygienic kitchen.
Requirements:
• Punctual and reliable.
• Passion for working in the hospitality industry.
• Hardworking and keen to learn.
• Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team.
• Able to work well under pressure in a busy environment.
Working 5 days out of 7 / Earliest start: 6:00am Latest finish: 9:00pm / Split shifts involved 30 mins break / Minimum 30 hours per week Maximum 40 hours per week
