We are looking for confident communicators to join the Rural Payments Agency (RPA), to help provide an excellent service for our customers.

Join the Rural Payments agency and be a part of a dynamic team dedicated to administering direct aid and rural development payments of over £2 billion annually to farmers and rural businesses in England. We are committed to world class farming and land management for the environment, food, and rural resilience.

• Confident Training Delivery/facilitation: Excelling in delivering training and facilitation through diverse methods, such as classrooms, audio, video, and more. Your confidence will empower learners to succeed.

• Adaptable Independent Worker: Demonstrate the ability to work independently, adapting training courses and facilitative sessions to meet the specific needs of our trainees. Your adaptability is the key to success.

• Quick Grasp of Systems: Rapidly understand new systems and processes, enabling the creation of high-quality training products. Support seamless delivery of training packages.

• Innovative Approach: Bring a flexible and innovative mindset to the production and delivery of training and guidance. Willingness to take on additional admin duties to foster continuous learning.

• Adapt to Change: Embrace changing priorities with ease. React quickly and guide the team through reprioritisation. Your ability to monitor team progress ensures success.
